Budget session adjourned, Congress moves no-confidence motion

Huge ruckus was created by Congress which moved a no-confidence motion against Speaker Girish Gautam Leader, proceedings of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly have been adjourned till March 13.

Leader of Opposition Dr. Govind Singh reported breach of privilege against Parliamentary Affairs Minister Narottam Mishra to the Principal Secretary of the Legislative Assembly as Mishra hurled a manual of rules and regulations on Singh.

Dr. Singh said, we will bring a contempt motion against the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs. Narottam Mishra replied he did not throw the book he was removing the peon.

He informed PS AP Singh of the no-confidence motion. It was had not having signatures of State Congress President Kamal Nath.

The commotion was driven after Congress MLA Jitu Patwari was suspended for the remaining Budget session on Thursday.
