Maoists Abduct 11 Villagers in Bihar

As many as 11 villagers have been abducted by armed Maoists from Kaimur district in Bihar, said media reports.

Director General of Police Neelmani said that a group of 60 armed rebels kidnapped the villagers last night and also took away the licensed firearms of the villagers, reports said.

The Special Task Force of the police assisted by CRPF was combing nearby areas in search of the villagers. Senior police officials were at the spot.
