Acharya Shri Vidyasagar Award for excellent work for protection of cow progeny

Bhopal. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that institution or person working for protection of cow progeny will be awarded by the state government. The award will be instituted on the name after Acharyashri Vidyasagarji. The Chief Minister was addressing Vishwa Ahinsa Diwas and Samuhik Kshamavani programme at Lal Parade Ground today. Shri Chouhan participated in non violence rally along with Acharya Vidyasagar Ji Maharaj and Muni Sangh. He received Acharyashri.

The Chief Minister recalled Mahatma Gandhi and Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri. He said that Acharya Vidyasagar Ji is not a saint of a particular community but a saint of entire humanity. He said that the one who overcomes self, is known as ‘Mahaveer’. Weak and coward persons neither apologize nor forgive. Only bold and powerful person can seek apology and forgive others. He said that one has to learn from Maharajji how to live life. He said that only Guru can divert from wrong path by his guidance. Shri Chouhan said that every animal and human being born in the universe has right to live.

Shri Chouhan said the state government and society both will work together for operation of gaushala and protection of cow progeny. Shri Chouhan said that ‘Mook Maati’ written by Acharya Vidyasagarji Maharaj is being included in curriculum. He apologized for mistakes committed knowingly and unknowingly.

Acharya Vidyasagar Maharajji called upon devotees to be true labourer and effort maker. The seer said, devotion of true labourer, penance and dedication can be learnt from a farmer’s life. He does hard work and devotes his work to the ultimate truth.

Acharyashri said that non-violence is a negative term. It opposes violence. He said that ego is the root of all disorders. He said that there should be sense of non-violence every time. This is virtue of the powerful person. Quoting the reference of ‘Mook Maati’, he said all disorders are removed by forgiveness. Kshmavani is not one day event. This takes place every moment in the life. He said that we all are on the same path. He said that to be disciplined collectively is better than ruling others. He said that penance, devotion and endeavour should be with the life. Acharyashri said, education is not a separate thing. It is about deeds and related with it. Western-oriented education would not be in favour of India.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan and Smt. Sadhna Singh presented Shastra to Acharyashri. Special issue based on Pravchans of Acharyashri was released on the occasion.

Finance Minister Shri Jayant Mallaiya, former chief minister Shri Sundarlal Patwa, former minister Shri Babulal Jain, MP Shri Alok Sanjar, MLA Shri Omprakash Sakhlecha, mayor Bhopal Shri Alok Sharma, divisional commissioner Shri Ajatshatru, Bhopal collector Shri Nishant Warwade, Smt. Sudha Mallaiya and devotees were present.
