Expect No Breakthroughs at Indo-Pak Ministerial Meet: Qureshi
Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Wednesday accepted that he was not expecting any “major breakthrough” at his meeting with Indian Foreign Minister SM Krishna on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York.
“Frankly speaking, I am not expecting any major breakthrough. India’s mindset is evident. I am not too optimistic and I do not think any major breakthrough is possible,” said Qureshi while speaking to correspondents in Multan.
“I have already said that we want the situation to take a turn for the better. But we should not be too optimistic as there are lots of challenges,” he added.
