Surjewala said – If Congress government comes, Shivraj will be investigated

Congress’s Madhya Pradesh in-charge Randeep Surjewala said, ‘If the Congress government comes to power, the role of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan will be investigated.’ He said, ‘Patwari recruitment examination started from March 15, which continued till April 25. On April 4, the police had detected the fraud of solvers and registered an FIR. If Shivraj government had wanted, this fraud could have been stopped. This scam was allowed to happen under the protection of the Chief Minister and the BJP government.

In a press conference held at the state Congress office on Friday, Surjewala said, ‘As soon as the BJP government came to power in 2004, it started bidding for the future of the youth of the state, which continues even today. Be it Vyapam scam, Demat scam, teacher recruitment scam, nursing scam or Patwari recruitment scam. BJP has sacrificed the future of crores of youth of the state to scams.

The first fraud of the Professional Examination Board came to light in Khandwa on June 12, 2004. Cases were registered in Chhatarpur in 2006, MP Nagar Bhopal in 2009, Indore in 2011, Nishatpura in 2013, Bhopal police station. Since 2004, scams were being carried out in the Professional Examination Board under the patronage of the BJP government. The future of 1 crore youth was sold in 23 types of recruitment entrance examinations.

Surjewala said, ‘CM Shivraj’s involvement is visible in the recruitment examination scam case.’ Ragini Nayak, Abhay Dubey, KK Mishra and Amrish Ranjan Pandey were also present with him in the press conference.

Surjewala said that along with Vyapam, Demat scam also came to light. In the name of dental and medical test, all the seats of 6 private medical and 16 private dental colleges are priced at Rs 50 lakh. To Rs 1.50 crore. Were sold in. In the affidavit in the Supreme Court, CBI said that Demat scam is a bigger scam than Vyapam, we cannot even investigate it.

He said, ‘The scam of fake nursing colleges running in Madhya Pradesh is so widespread and big that it cannot even be imagined. 695 nursing colleges are being run in Madhya Pradesh, in which examinations have been postponed for 3 years. The future of 1.50 lakh children has been put into darkness. The High Court even had to say that it was surprising that even those who did not know the basics of nursing were allowed to take the examination. The fake colleges running in the state are poisoning the society.

15 lakh rupees taken in Patwari recruitment exam.

On November 22, 2022, the Staff Selection Board had released the notice for the combined examination of Group-2, Subgroup-4, and Patwari. Students filled the forms from January 5 to January 19, 2023. Around 9,78,266 candidates participated in the Patwari Recruitment Examination. Its examination was taken from 15 March to 25 April 2023. This examination was taken at 78 examination centers in the state. Its result was released on June 30, 2023, in which approximately 8,600 candidates were selected.

When the merit list came after 10 days, it was found that the examination center of 7 out of 10 candidates was in the same college. This college belongs to BJP MLA. There were many candidates who were fit in the Forest Guard Recruitment Examination, whereas they declared themselves handicapped in the Patwari Recruitment Examination and were selected in the handicapped quota.

The scam in Patwari recruitment examination involving Rs 15 lakh each started coming to light widely. The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh tweeted on July 19, 2023 that the Patwari recruitment examination will be scrutinized by retired High Court Justice Rajendra Kumar Verma. Based on the findings of the investigation, appropriate recommendations will be presented to the state government by 31 August 2023, whereas the truth is that the investigation report has not come till date. The government covered up the Patwari recruitment scam.

Patwari recruitment scam was caught only on 4 April 2023. Despite that, Patwari recruitment examinations were held till April 25, 2023. On April 4, Gwalior Crime Branch had received information that Manish Sharma and Veerbhan Bansal, residents of Gwalior, were shaping a large-scale Patwari recruitment examination scam in Thatipur by using wax and computers in the biometric data of Aadhaar card. This case was registered. But it seems that to save the big politicians and top officials of Vyapam, Section 511 was added, that is, after adding the section of attempt to commit crime, the challan was also quietly presented, so that the big white-collar people could be saved.

Police have written in their FIR that during interrogation of both the accused, they told that they are going to appoint solvers in place of candidates in the Patwari recruitment examination. For this, efforts are being made to replace the fingerprints of the candidates with the thumbs of the solver. A laptop of Dell company, two red-black colored biometric machines of Marfo company and three thumb-sized fingerprints of white wax-like substance were seized from the accused.
