Nutritious food supply system to be decentralised in Aanganwari

Bhopal. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has issued instructions to decentralise nutritious food supply system to Aanganwaris and remove the contractors role in the system. Copy of khasra-khatoni be given to farmers without any charge once in a year. All ministers will review their departmental activities every week on Monday.  Take effective action for better implementation of different schemes. Review be made in Chief Minster Helpline, Public Service Guarantee Act, Vision 2018 and Jansankalp 2013 on priority. He said that considering the public sentiments slaughter house will not be constructed in the middle of the city. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was taking joint meeting of ministers and officers.

The Chief Minister instructed that eligible candidates be provided job on contract in case of not having vacancies in compensatory appointment cases and provide them compensatory appointments as soon as post is vacant . All departments work on priority of the state government. It should be ensured that benefits of government schemes reach beneficiaries. Departments send proposals for incorporating new services related with public grievances and problems, for disposal under public service guarantee Act. Continue policy of zero tolerance against corruption and take immediate action in such cases. Departments execute action plan drafted under Vision 2018 and Jansankalp 2013. Scheme be made to award employee-officers for good work. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan gave instructions to organize a programme to provide benefits to all the beneficiaries linked to the urban welfare schemes. He said that file tracking system should be made more effective. Legal action be taken against officers-employees not redressing cases within time limit under the Public Service Guarantee Act. Extend the limit of financial expenditure from three months to six months in students house rent and scholarship schemes. Action plan be made for repairing of roads dilapidated due to excess rains. All departments take decisions on time on investment proposals. No case for approval should be kept pending. Health and medical education departments launch an intensive drive for improvement in operation theatres and testing machines. A campaign be launched for providing benefits to labourers registered in building construction and workers board. All departments focus on simplification of process. Revolving fund be created from state budget under MANREGA programme and it should be used in case of delay in arrival of fund from the centre. Under construction work under Farm Road scheme should be completed step by step. Payment of wages under MANREGA  should be paid on time.

It was informed in the meeting that 85 lakh students from class I to XII will be given online scholarship next month on a day. Madhya Pradesh is on the third place in execution of Houses for All scheme in the country. Around 3.5 lakh works are under construction under MANREGA. Action plan has been made for smooth public transportation in 26 cities. 1.5 lakh houses will be constructed for weaker section in urban areas this year. Madhya Pradesh is on the top in execution of Amrit Yojana of urban development.  Tenders to the tune of Rs 2247 crore have been floated and works to the tune of Rs 1435 crore have already been completed in this yojana. In the meeting department-wise review was made in Chief Minister helpline, public service guarantee act and corruption related cases. Chief Secretary, Director General of Police, additional chief secretaries, principal secretaries, secretaries and heads of departments were present in the meeting.
