CM gives gifts worth crores of rupees to Khachrod
Bhopal. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan participated in various programmes at Khachrod in Ujjain district today. Shri Chouhan announced gifts worth crores of rupees to Khachrod.
The Chief Minister performed Bhumi Poojan of Rs. 80 lakh stadium to be constructed on premises of School for Excellence. Shri Chouhan dedicated water augmentation scheme costing Rs. 22 crore constructed by Nagar Palika. Through it, over 34 thousand residents of Khachrod will get drinking water.
Shri Chouhan dedicated Model School building constructed at a cost of Rs. 2 crore 97 thousand and gymnasium hall costing Rs. 20 lakh on the premises of Khachrod government college.
The Chief Minister also dedicated Khachrod-Badlai road costing Rs. 2 crore 27 lakh constructed under PMGSY. He also performed Bhumi Poojan of Rs. 64 crore Khachrod-Ratlam road, Rs. 360 crore windmill energy plant of 60 MW capacity and Rs. 22 lakh lake beautification works.
Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment Shri Thawarchand Gehlot, School Education Minister Shri Paras Jain, MP Shri Chintamani Malviya and MLA Shri Dilip Shekhawat were also present on the occasion.
