Achieve self-employment schemes’ targets by March 31: Chief Secretary

Bhopal: Chief Secretary Shri Anthony de Sa held discussions with collectors and commissioners through “Parakh” video-conferencing on issues including loan distribution under self-employment schemes, Mukhyamantri Grameen Aawas Mission, meetings of district-level road safety committees and collector guidelines and gave necessary instructions here today. The CS apprised himself of division and district-wise progress of schemes.

The CS reviewed status of loan distribution under self-employment schemes. He said that target of daily monitoring in every division should be achieved by March 31. If compensation is not paid to beneficiaries, this would be entered in CR of collectors. He directed collectors to accomplish this work taking personal interest.

During review of issuance of caste certificates, it was informed that 80 lakh applications have been received so far. Good work has been done in Neemuch, Mandsaur, Ratlam, Dewas, Jhabua, Harda, Dindori and other districts.

Directives were given to meet targets given on October 2, 2014 for construction of toilets in schools by March 31 and other targets by June 30. CS directed that when DDOs present online bills to treasury, then scholarships should be released from website of treasury within 3-4 hours.

The CS directed collectors to present fund utilization certificates of CM’s Discretionary Fund. He said that funds are also being provided for treatment of swine flu. For this, a patient will have to make a declaration that he is unable to spend money on his treatment. This facility is upto only March 20.

The CS asked collectors to hold meeting of district level road safety committee by March 20. He also directed to present details of these meetings.

The CS said that documents of land should be present at the time of increasing their rates so that this process can be certified. He informed that e-stamping and e-registration is being started from April 1 and directed for its preparations.
