Samsung Galaxy A9 with four rear cameras launched: Price in India, features and specifications
Samsung Galaxy A9, the latest premium budget smartphone from the South Korean electronics maker, has been launched in India. Samsung Galaxy A9 features a quad rear camera setup, making it supposedly the first smartphone in the world to do so. The launch of the Galaxy A9 comes two months after Samsung introduced us to its Galaxy A7 with a tri-camera setup. Samsung’s focus lately has been on the number of camera lenses and we expect the smartphone to impress us with its image capturing capabilities. The smartphone will compete against the likes of OnePlus 6T, which was launched late month with a price tag of Rs. 37,999 for the base model. Considering that the OnePlus 6T features the same camera hardware as the OnePlus 6, Samsung Galaxy A9 with its four camera lenses should give it a serious run of its money.
Samsung Galaxy A9 is priced at Rs. 36990 for the 6GB RAM version while the 8GB RAM version is priced at Rs. 39, 990 and will be available for purchase starting from November 28. The smartphone comes in 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage variants as well as Caviar Black, Lemonade Blue and Bubblegum Pink colour options. The smartphone is available for pre-booking from online stores such as Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Samsung shop as well as via offline stores.
