Team Anna begins fast, Hazare on Dharna

New Delhi. Team Anna on Wednesday launched their indefinite fast in New Delhi, accusing UPA government for not initiating probe against the coalition’s 15 ministers, whom have serious corruption charges.
Anna Hazare’s three close aides — Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Gopal Rai — sat on a hunger strike at Jantar Mantar while the 74-year-old activist is on a dharna.
Hazare has served an ultimatum that he will wait for the government to take a decision on their demands in the next four days or else he will join his colleagues on fast from Sunday.
Before reaching the protest venue, Hazare and his team members went to Rajghat to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi.
As he arrived on the stage erected at Jantar Mantar, Hazare raised slogans like ‘Inqulab Zindabad’ and ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ as his supporters waved the tricolour.

‘NSUI’ activists create ruckus : A group of people, who claimed to be NSUI (National Student’s Union Of India) activists, created ruckus at Team Anna’s fast venue at Jantar Mantar by shouting slogans against Anna Hazare prompting the volunteers to remove them from the venue.
Around 40 people came to the venue and started shouting slogans against Mr Hazare and his team member Arvind Kejriwal as soon as the 74-year-old activist climbed the stage to begin his dharna.
This led to a minor scuffle between the activists and Team Anna volunteers forcing them to remove the latter from the venue.
