Common Man’s Budget: Shivraj

Bhopal: Reacting to the state budget 2009-10 presented in the Vidhan Sabha by Finance Minister Raghavji, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Friday said the outlay plan exemplified the astute financial management of his government and described it as a milestone in the development of the state.

He said the budget was in tune with the priorities set by the state government for all- round development of the state and added several key provisions made in the plan.

Drawing a parallel with the Union budget, Chouhan termed the state plan for the current fiscal as a common man’s budget.
