Food grains and kerosene quota for July under Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana released

Bhopal: Food grains and kerosene quota for July under Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana has been released as per provisions of National Food Security Act. Shop-wise, local body-wise and district-wise information about allotment of quota has also been posted on Samagra Portal http://nfsa.samagra.gov.in. Managers of fair price shops have been asked to lift quota positively by July 25.
Quota of 37 thousand 272 MT wheat, 12 thousand 504 MT rice and 1,849 MT maize has been allotted for 14 lakh 75 thousand 2 families under Antyodaya Anna Yojana (Upto 6 members) and one lakh 48 thousand 122.40 MT wheat, 53 thousand 861.36 MT rice and one lakh 12 thousand 713.42 MT maize for 4 crore 29 lakh 39 thousand 437 priority families under PDS (including Antyodaya families of 7 or above members). Directives have been given to make available through fair price shops 35 kg wheat to Antyodaya Anna Yojana families and 5 kg per member to priority families at the rate of Rs. one per kg.
Quota of 5 litre kerosene per family has been allotted for 17 lakh 23 thousand 764 Antyodaya Anna Yojana families and 93 lakh 14 thousand 296 for priority families. For July, quota of 4 crore 48 lakh 80 thousand litre kerosene has been released for public distribution system. Information about quota allotment has been uploaded on Samagra Portal.
