Salman Khan Asked To Be On ALERT After Lawrence Bishnoi Attacks Gippy Grewal’s Canada Home

Salman Khan’s security has reportedly been reviewed and the actor has been asked to be on alert. This comes days after gangster Lawrence Bishnoi fired gunshots outside Punjabi singer Gippy Grewal’s residence in Canada because of his alleged close association with Salman Khan.

As reported by Pinkvilla, Salman Khan’s security has been reviewed by the Mumbai police on Tuesday, November 28. Reportedly, the actor, who has Y plus security as of now, has also been asked to stay on alert. “Following the threat, a review was conducted of the actor’s security to ensure there are no loopholes. We have also reached out to him and told him to be alert and discussed a few things with regard to his security,” a senior officer cited by the entertainment portal claimed.

Lawrence Bishnoi Fired Gunshots At Gippy Grewal’s Home.

Earlier this month, gunshots were heard outside Punjabi singer Gippy Grewal’s residence in the White Rock area of Vancouver, Canada. Later, Lawrence Bishnoi has claimed responsibility for this criminal act and argued that it was done to send a message to Salman Khan.

“You consider Salman Khan a brother, but now it’s time for your ‘brother’ to come and save you. This message is also for Salman Khan – don’t be in the illusion that Dawood will save you; no one can save you. Your dramatic response to Sidhu Moose Wala’s death did not go unnoticed. Following the incident, Gippy Grewal spoke to CNN News18 and clarified that he is not friends with Salman and has met him only twice, one of which was this year during the trailer launch of Maujaan Hi Maujaan. “The producer who backed the film (Maujaan Hi Maujaan) invited Salman to the trailer launch. I met him there. Before that, I met him on the sets of Bigg Boss. I have no friendship with Salman Khan and the anger of it is being taken out on me. For me, it is still shocking and I am unable to process what has happened to me,” he told us.
