There should be no mistake in the program of Prime Minister Modi: Chief Minister Chouhan

Prime Minister will attend the programs of Bhopal and Shahdol on 27th June.

Chief Minister  Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that there should be no mistake in the programs of Prime Minister  Narendra Modi to be held in Bhopal and Shahdol on June 27. Programs should be disciplined, systematic and encouraging. Chief Minister  Chouhan was directing the officers in the meeting regarding the preparations for the arrival of Prime Minister Shri Modi in the state at Samatva Bhavan, the residence office. Tribal Affairs and Scheduled Castes Welfare Minister  Meena Singh, Public Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Prabhuram Chaudhary, Chief Secretary  Iqbal Singh Bains, Director General of Police Sudhir Saxena and senior officers were present. The commissioner and collector of Shahdol division were virtually connected.

Chief Minister  Chouhan said that Prime Minister  Modi will visit Bhopal on June 27. He will flag off Vande Bharat trains for Jabalpur and Indore from Rani Kamlapati Railway Station here. After this, he will attend the program to be held at Motilal Nehru Stadium in Bhopal. Chief Minister  Chouhan said that planning for meeting arrangements should be done in advance at the program venue. Make better preparations for every arrangement related to the program. In relation to the arrangements for the arrival of the Prime Minister, try to improve the system by coordinating with the people’s representatives.

Chief Minister  Chouhan said that Prime Minister  Modi will go to Shahdol from Bhopal on the same day and will participate in the programs to be held in the district. He said that a glimpse of rural environment and tribal culture should be visible in the program to be held at Pakaria near Shahdol. Shahdol commissioner and collector informed about the preparations for the programme.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the programs to be held in Gwalior on June 24 should be organized systematically with full enthusiasm. All arrangements should be made better. Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the preparations for the programs to be held in Gwalior at the Samatva Bhavan located at the residence office. Chief Secretary Shri Iqbal Singh Bains and other officers were present. Gwalior commissioner, collector and other officers connected virtually.

Chief Minister  Chouhan said that there should be better representation of the people of Gwalior district in the programmes. There should be better seating arrangement. Also, keeping in view the possibility of rain, necessary arrangements should be made. Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare  Narendra Singh Tomar, Union Minister for Civil Aviation  Jyotiraditya Scindia, Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Coal and Mines  Prahlad Joshi, in-charge of Gwalior district and State Water Resources Minister  Tulsi Silavat, Energy Minister would be present

CM Chouhan will participate in the Mahila Sammelan at Mela Ground/Behta in Gwalior and will distribute residential land rights papers, inaugurate development works and perform Bhoomi Pujan.
