CBI searched on Suresh Kalmadi’s residence

PUNE: CBI team searched the residence of Common Wealth Games Organizing Committee chief Suresh Kalmadi on Friday. This search was done as part of the investigations for alleged irregularities in the CWG projects.

According to sources, An Eight members of CBI team searched the ‘Kalmadi House’ located off the arterial Karve road in western part of the city was searched during which doors and windows were shut.

Media persons had gathered outside the house, but CBI officials refused to talk anything on the issue.
