Rahul Gandhi asked who should be heroine in his biopic. His reply

Event at Pune was one of the many interactions Rahul Gandhi has lined up as part of his campaign for the national election

Pune: In the season of political biopics, Rahul Gandhi was asked during an interaction with students in Maharashtra’s Pune about such a film on him. On which heroine could star in his biopic, the Congress president quipped: “I am wedded to work”.
It is a question he has faced quite often. Last year, he told journalists in Hyderabad that he was “wedded to the Congress party”. He had been asked when he would marry.
The event at Pune was one of the many interactions Rahul Gandhi has lined up as part of his campaign for the national election that starts next week. Friday’s interaction was coordinated by popular radio jockey Malishka.
Rahul Gandhi was also asked on his younger sister Priyanka Gandhi’s tweet after he filed his nomination papers in Kerala’s Wayanad, the seat that he is contesting in addition to his traditional Amethi constituency in Uttar Pradesh. “My brother, my truest friend, and by far the most courageous man I know. Take care of him Wayanad, he won’t let you down,” Priyanka Gandhi had tweeted on Thursday.
Where did he get this courage, Rahul Gandhi was asked. “The courage comes from experience, from whatever I have faced and accepted. If you accept the truth, you have courage. If you accept a lie, you have fear,” he replied.
On Priyanka Gandhi, he said, “My sister is my closest friend.”
In the middle of political questions about his decision to contest from Wayanad, the Congress president was asked to comment on the food in the hilly Kerala town. “I love the food. It is a little too much chilly, but I deal with it,” he admitted.
