College to Be Opened at Venkatnagar: CM

Bhopal. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced to construct community center at Singhoura. He said that new building will be constructed for girls’ higher secondary school Pondi. Shri Chouhan made announcement as regard to construction of additional room in Venkatnagar higher secondary school, establishment of electricity sub-station to eradicate electricity problems of Singhoura and nearby villages, immediate completion of Amgavan-Pondi- Rajendranagar road construction after removal of forest department’s impediments on the occasion. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has made announcements in the Panch-Sarpanch and Beneficiaries convention held at Gram Panchayat Singhoura of Janpad Panchayat Jaithari of Anuppur district.

Shri Chouhan mentioned that whoever born in Madhya Pradesh will not remain house less. Work is being carried out to provide land pattas while identifying house less people in the state. A financial assistance of Rs. One lakh 20 thousand will be provided to construct house. Moreover, Rs.12 thousand grant will be provided to the individual after construction of toilet. Shri Chouhan further said that 8 lakh houses in rural areas and 5 lakh houses in urban areas will be constructed in the next two years. Land lease Pattas are being distributed in the state on war footing.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan and Minister in Charge Shri Sanjay Satyendra Pathak performed kanya poojan on the occasion. Shri Chouhan laid foundation of Singhpur Diversion Constrcution Scheme worth Rs. 22 core 22 lakh and Mediaras Awardhan Jal Paraday Yojna costing Rs. 73 lakh 35 thousand beside Devhara Awardhan Jal Paraday Yojna costing Rs. 9.87 lakh.

Shri Chouhan further said that benefits of the welfare schemes being launched by the state government should reach to all the eligible beneficiaries. The state government is committed for education of girls and boys and for this conducting several schemes. There is a need for every one to see that their children go to school and colleges regularly.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan gave pledge to the gathering present the occasion for commitment towards progress. He told people that he is visiting villages to review development works and no stone will be left unturned for rural development.

MLA Anuppur Shri Ramlal Routel, Former Vice Chairman Vindhya Development Authority Shri Anil Gupta and Former MLA Shri Sudama Singh Singram were present on the occasion.
