Committee Constituted to review Implementation of Prime Minister’s ‘Jan Dhan’ Scheme

Bhopal. The state government has constituted a state level Financial Inclusion Committee under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary. The committee has been formed to review the implementation of the Prime Minister’s Jan Dhan scheme. Convener State level bankers committee and Central bank of India have been made member secretary of the committee.

Nodal Officer financial Services of Union Ministry of Finance, State’s Additional Chief Secretary Finance, Additional Chief Secretary Panchayat and Rural Development, Additional Chief Secretary Forest, Principal Secretary SC/ST Welfare, Principal Secretary Social Justice, Commissioner Institutional Finance, Chief General Manager State Bank of India, General Manager Union Bank of India, General Manager Punjab National Bank, General Manager Allahabad Bank, General Manager Bank of Baroda, Deputy General Manager Bank of India and Chief Post Master General Madhya Pradesh have been included as members in the committee.
