Lack of Funds Will Not Obstruct Progress of Talented Children of State

Bhopal. Minister for Finance Shri Jayant Malayya said that the State Government will not let paucity of funds to obstruct the progress of talented children of the state. A special fund of Rs. One thousand crore has been formed by the state government to get talented children admitted in the higher educational institutions. Fee of talented children getting admissions in the higher educational institutions will be filled through this fund. Shri Malayya was addressing the Smart Phone Distribution Programme in Batiagarh and Pathriya Colleges of Damoh district. MLA Shri Lakhan Patel was present on the occasion.Shri Malayya distributed 269 and 156 smart phones to the students of Pathriya and Batiagarh Colleges respectively. Shri Malayya said that students should use smart phones for their studies. He mentioned that 520 high schools and 240 higher secondary schools will be upgraded from next academic session.Distributes Residential Pattas to Houseless PersonsMinister for Finance Shri Jayant Malayya distributed residential pattas to 1800 houseless persons of 45 villages in Lok Kalyan Shivir in Bandakpur. He stated that each houseless person will own house in the state till 2022. The state government has started working on this ambitious scheme. Shri Malayya further mentioned that Ayush Hospital building costing Rs. 33 lakh and School building worth Rs. One crore 50 lakh are being constructed in Bandakpur. He also distributed tricycles, wheel chairs and other equipments to over 50 handicapped persons in the Lok Kalyan Shivir in Bandakpur. Moreover free medical checkups of the citizens were conducted in the camp .
