Zaheer Khan getting married with Isha Sharvani
MUMBAI: After the great victory of World Cup 2011 in which Zaheer Khan finished as the highest wicket taker of the tournament, his proud parents were reportedly insistent on getting the best bowler to be married.
So Zaheer is planning his marriage with his long time girlfriend and Bollywood actress Isha Sharvani.
According to sources the couple plans to tie the knot this year. A source close to the couple said, “Ever since they gave their relationship a second shot, they have come even closer than before. Wedding bells are in the offing.”
In 2005 the couple met at a function when the touring Australian team was leaving India and Isha was performing at the event. But it wasn’t exactly love at first sight.
The couple kept bumping into each other at parties and social dos and eventually led a strong relationship for two years. Also Zaheer helped Isha find a place in Khar, said sources.
