Second phase of Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan will start from Alirajpur on May 10 Chief Minister Chouhan

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will inaugurate the second phase of Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan from Alirajpur on May 10. It is notable that a decision was taken to conduct the Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan in the state from May 10 to 25. Necessary preparations have been made in this regard in the districts. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan today discussed campaign related preparations with the collectors of various districts including Raisen, Sehore, Dewas, Dhar, Bhopal, Sidhi, Ujjain, Datia, Khargone and Gwalior.

Chief Minister  Chouhan said that the campaigns conducted in the past to solve the problems of the citizens have been successful. The first phase of the campaign, Vikas Yatrays and the registration campaign for Mukhya Mantri Ladli Bahna Yojana has been popular and meaningful. The aim of the state government is that the eligible people get the benefits of the schemes. They should get service without giving or taking, on time without any hassle. Those who commit irregularity in works related to the public will be punished. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that he himself would go to villages and cities to take stock of the campaign.

Chief Minister  Chouhan said that the ministers in charge of the districts will also participate in the public service campaign. Time bound action should be taken by the departments on the pending applications. Newly received complaints will also be resolved. Collectors should make necessary framework at the district level to provide service to the general public at their doorstep and they may not have to run here and there. District-wise analysis should also be done according to the local conditions. 67 major services related to general public mainly include birth death certificate, driving license, local resident certificate, division, undisputed nomination, building permission, registration of vehicles. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that there should be a real solution to the problems of the people. This work should not be just a ritual. This is also a test of the hard work of the collectors. Work to make your districts problem-free. The outline for setting up camps at the ward level and gram panchayat level should be decided. Action should also be taken on new applications. These efforts will make this campaign worthwhile.

Chief Minister  Chouhan interacted with the concerned collectors through video conferencing at Samatva Bhawan and got information about the preparations for the programmes being organised in various districts in the coming week. Chief Minister  Chouhan received information about preparations for and gave directions about Mahila Sammelan in Mandsaur district and Bhoomi Poojan of micro-large pressure project on May 11, cow protection resolution conference on May 12 at Lal Parade Ground in Bhopal and inauguration of 400 animal and cattle ambulances in all the development blocks of the state and the women conventions to be held on May 12 in Amarpatan in Satna district and on May 13 in Umaria district.
