CM inaugurates first Sanjeevani Clinic at Nipania village in Indore district

Chief Minister Kamal Nath while inaugurating the Sanjeevani Clinic at Nipania village in Indore district said that there are many challenges in the field of health facilities. Despite this, it is our endeavour to provide better medical facilities to all. Therefore Sanjeevani clinics are being opened in such settlements all over the state, which are located at a great distance from health institutions.
Investment is a medium to increase economic activities
The Chief Minister said that a big challenge today is to safeguard the future of youth. Young people yearn to do business. He said that keeping this in mind, efforts are being made to increase economic activities through investment in the state as investment is the powerful medium to increase economic activities. The Chief Minister said that investment in rural areas will also increase because investment needs faith. He reiterated the commitment to increase purchasing power of farmers.
CM Kamal Nath told the people that I do not make announcements, I want you all to make announcements. I want your certificate that the work has been accomplished. He said that we are eager to create such a Madhya Pradesh, where the people can feel proud of their state.

Providing free health services is CM’s priority
Public Health and Family Welfare Minister Tulsiram Silavat said that providing free health services to the last person of the society is one of the priorities of Chief Minister Kamal Nath. Therefore, the budget of the Health Department has been increased by 33 percent. He said that the decision to implement the Right to Health Act in the state is a result of the Chief Minister’s positive thinking.
Minister Silavat informed that Sanjeevani clinics have been started in Indore, Sagar, Gwalior and Jabalpur in the first phase under Mohalla Clinic Scheme. In the second phase Sanjeevani clinics will be started in the remaining divisions.
Chief Minister Kamal Nath released Sanjeevani material and inaugurated the clinics rooms at the inauguration ceremony. On this occasion, Home and Jail Minister and Minister in-charge of Indore district Bala Bachchan, Higher Education Minister Jitu Patwari, Public Works Minister Sajjan Singh Verma, MLA Sanjay Shukla, Sadashiv Yadav, Vinay Bakaliwal, Pramod Tandon and Narendra Saluja were present.

Facilities in Sanjeevani clinics
Sanjivani clinics being opened in settlements more distant from health institutions in the state will be open daily from 10am to 6pm. The services will include free OPD, counseling, screening and vaccination of pregnant women, referral services, treatment of communicable diseases, treatment facilities for the elderly and cancer, high blood pressure, sugar screening and treatment facilities.
There will be free laboratory testing and distribution of medicines. Registration card of all patients will be made in the clinic. The doctor will have the necessary software-oriented tablets for operating the clinic, in which the photographs of each new patient will also be preserved. Along with the general information of the patient in the register, information about his illness will also be maintained.
