Medical facilities to expand rapidly with private sector’s participation: CM

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that medical facilities in the state will be expanded rapidly with private sector’s cooperation and partnership. He said that the government has intensified efforts to provide less expensive health facilities to common people by inter-linking best medical expertise available with government, social and private sectors. CM Shri Chouhan was inaugurating Divya Advance ENT Clinic at E-7, Arera Colony, here today.
Former MP Shri Kailash Sarang, MP Shri Alok Sanjar, MLAs Shri Arif Aqeel and Shri Vishwas Sarang, clinic’s Director Dr. S.P. Dube, noted physicians Dr. N.P. Mishra, Dr. H.S. Trivedi and other medical experts were present on the occasion.
The Chief Minister said that medical facilities have expanded in the state capital at a rapid pace during the last decade. State government has chalked out innovative schemes like Mukhyamantri Bal Shravan Yojana and Mukhyamantri Bal Hriday Upachar Yojana. He said that private sector’s cooperation is necessary for expansion of health services. Development works can be accomplished at a rapid pace through cooperation between society and government, he added.
Dr. N.P. Mishra said that medical facilities in the state have expanded at a rapid pace during the last decade as a result of the Chief Minister’s public-oriented and far-sighted policies. Shri Kailash Sarang said that action plans chalked out by the Chief Minister have brought about development in every sector in the state.
The institution presented mementos to the guests. The Chief Minister went round the clinic and enquired about functioning of ultramodern appliances.
