Loan guarantee to youths for setting up industries upto Rs. 25 lakh

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that cent-percent loan guarantee for establishing self-employment units by youths costing upto Rs. 25 lakh will be given by the State Government. Five percent interest subsidy will be provided for initial 5 years. Similarly, upto 20 percent margin money and loan guarantee on industries worth upto Rs. 50 thousand will also be given by the State Government. Shri Chouhan was addressing Yuva Panchayat at Jamboree Maidan here today. It was held under the series of Swami Vivekananda Mahotsav Samaroh. He exhorted youths to take a pledge for development of self and state.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan announced a number of gifts for youths. He said that youths should establish industries in every village availing benefit of 24-hour power supply and make their state prosperous and developed. He said that loan guarantee will be given by the State Government. Now, the State Government will also give interest on education guarantee loans. Fairs will be held in all districts for making available higher education loans. Assistance worth upto Rs. 15 lakh will be given to talented students for studies abroad.
Announcing “Maa Tujhe Pranam Yojna for youths, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that under the scheme, youths will be taken on visit to border areas. For this, discussions will be held with the Army. For Olympics, coaching will be imparted to youths in Madhya Pradesh in water sports, martial arts and shooting. Quantum of sports prize money will be doubled. Astroturf hockey grounds will be constructed in 15 districts. He said that moral education will be included in syllabus. Yoga classes will be held in medical colleges. Mukhyamantri Yuva Olympics will be held at village, development block upto state-level. Its winners will be taken on visit to Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Kanyakumari. Activities of NSS and NCC will be expanded in colleges.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan announced to bring issuance of duplicate marksheets, migration certificates and T.C. under the purview of the Public Service Delivery Guarantee Act. He said that coaching of martial arts will be imparted in all colleges. Vacancies of professors will be filled up and smart classes expanded in colleges. Eleven colleges will be developed as community colleges. For SC, ST students, 20 post-matric boys and 20 post-matric girls hostels will be established. Wifi facility will be given in colleges and internet facility in schools. A campaign will be launched to upgrade laboratories in all colleges. Shri Chouhan said that laptops will be given to the students securing over 85 percent marks in higher secondary exams. First vocational university of the country will be established in Madhya Pradesh to impart job-oriented education to youths. Placement cells will be set up in all colleges at the district level and Vivekananda Yuva Kendras will be established in all districts. Engineering colleges are being opened at Jhabua, Shahdol and Naugaon. He said that Mukhyamantri Yuva Contractor Yojna will be launched for the benefit of engineering pass outs. They will be trained and if needed, will also be provided working capital. Besides, Chief Minister’s Internship Scheme will also be launched. Loans worth upto Rs. 10 lakh each will be made available to youths to start custom hiring centres.
Paying tributes to martyrs laying down their lives for the country, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that every possible assistance will be given to their families. Country’s first Shaurya-Smarak is being constructed in the state.
Public Relations Minister Shri Laxmikant Sharma said that the State Government is committed to giving right direction to youths through Yuva Panchayat held to mark 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. Shri Tomar said that opportunities of education and employment simultaneously are available now to youths in the state. He said that the State Government intends to ensure educational empowerment of youths and make available opportunity to them to participate in the efforts to rebuild the state.
Describing youth power as the real power of the state, Madhya Pradesh BJP President Shri Narendra Singh Tomar said that youth play an important role in every major revolution. He said that initiative has been taken for the first time in the state to establish direct dialogue with youth power. He said that Madhya Pradesh is making constant progress and is being lauded by the Union Government from time to time.
On the occasion, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan honoured international boxing champion Sushri Asha Roka by presenting a Rs. 4 lakh cheque to her.
At Yuva Panchayat, youths put forth their views and suggestions before the Chief Minister without any hesitation in the interest of youths. Shri Rohin Rai of Indore suggested to holding Sports Swadeshi Kumbh.
Shri Ankit Garg of Bhopal suggested to simplify Mukhyamantri Loan Guarantee Scheme. Shri Sachin Dave of Dhar suggested to make available loans to youths to start self-employment in agriculture sector. He said that a diploma course in organic farming should also be started. Shri Ritesh Bilthare of Shivpuri said that placement cell should be constituted in every college. Shri Sandeep Chinchkhedkar said that loans should be made available easily to youths to start self-employment. Sushri Shreya Tripathi of Jabalpur suggested to start Sister Nivedita Fellowship for higher education.
Shri Mukesh Sen of Rajgarh suggested to ensure IT-enabled teaching. Sushri Kiran Sanodiya and Sushri Amreen Bano of Seoni said training of martial arts should be made mandatory in schools and hostels.
Shri Bhakku Singh Rawat of Alirajpur, Shri Upendra Dhakad of Jabalpur, medical student Dr. Kapil, Shri Vijay Agrawal of Bhopal, Shri Abhilash Pandey of Jabalpur, Shri Damodar Prasad Arya and Shri Jitu Jirati also put forth their views.
At the outset, playback singer Shri Udit Narayan sang melodious songs. Former Chief Minister Shri Kailash Joshi, members of the council of ministers, former MP Shri Kaialsh Sarang, MP Shri Prabhat Jha and a large number of youths from all over the state were present on the occasion.
