Home Minister Visited Ward Number 22
BHOPAL: Home Minister Umashankar Gupta visited Krishna Nagar and Ansal Apartments and listen patiently to the problems of these areas’ residents on Monday.
He instructed officers to make an estimate for construction of road in Ansal Apartments situated in Ward Number 22 of Bhopal. He also directed them to give a report about redressal of these problems within a week.
Various departmental officers were present on the occasion. He also instructed police station to ensure that traffic jams do not occur near Bal Bharti School and hotels. He also gave instructions to Bhopal Municipal Corporation take necessary action for transferring the colony to the civic body on the residents demand.
He gives instructions for making arrangements of streetlights, lifting of garbage and affixing taps on drinking water pipeline at Krishna Nagar.
He also directed police to take stern action against those who dump garbage behind the police station on Shyamala Hills main road. Home Minister will be expected to inspect Ward Number 24 on April 3.
