Voluntary organisations’ role vital in development of Madhya Pradesh: Rajendra Shukla

Bhopal: Public Relations, Energy, New & Renewable Energy and Mineral Resources Development Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla has said that voluntary organisations’ role is vital in development of Madhya Pradesh. He urged Jan-Abhiyan Parishad to play a significant role in associating voluntary organisations with development of Madhya Pradesh. Shri Shukla was chairing a meeting of district-level Jan-Abhiyan Samiti at Katni today.

Shri Shukla asked to achieve targets through coordination between Jan-Abhiyan Parishad and departmental officers. He said that in coordination with Jan-Abhiyan Parishad, Gram Prasfutan Samitis, Navankur institutions and all remaining voluntary organisations should cooperate in making people aware and extension of government’s public welfare schemes to them.

In-charge Minister Shri Shukla was also apprised of activities of district-level Jan-Abhiyan Samiti. MLAs Shri Sandeep Jaiswal and Shri Vijay Shukla, Zila Panchayat Chairperson Sushri Kranti Choudhary, Vice-Chairman Shri Prabha Pandey, other public representatives and office-bearers of voluntary organisations were present on the occasion.
