Manav Sangrahalaya Slashes Entry Tariff
Bhopal — providing stimulus to protective visitors and tourists, the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS) in the state capital has introduced a 50% reduction in entry fee and a complete waiver of fee for two days every week.
A visit to IGRMS, the only museum of its kind in the country, guides visitors along the development of mankind and showcases the arts and culture from various states in the country.
The museum also organizes cultural events for the classically inclined from time to time.
Museum officials say the reduced tariff will draw more visitors to the facility that encompasses 197 acres of lush green overlooking the scenic Bhopal Lake and gather detailed information regarding the various galleries at the facility and the exhibits.
Visitors to the museum will soon be able to avail services of a fully equipped Interpretation Center that will provide comprehensive information on the facility.
