Tiwari Gets High Court Notice in Paternity Case

Former Andhra Pradesh governor ND Tiwari has been served a notice by the Delhi High Court on a petition moved by Rohit Shekhar, who claims to be the biological son of the veteran politician.

A division bench comprising of Chief Justice Ajit Prakash Shah and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw issued notice to Tiwari asking him to file his reply by February 9, which is the next date of hearing.

Moving the petition, Rohit had challenged the order of the single bench in November last year which had rejected his paternity suit on ground of jurisdiction.
