World Ayurved Confrence, noted doctors to give free consultation
Bhopal: As many as 18 noted Ayurved doctors and other specialists will give free consultation and treatment to patients during the 5th World Ayurved Conference till December 10. These doctors are specialists in treatment of cancer, mental diseases, asthma etc. Panchkarm processes including Vaman, Dineshan, Vastishodhan, Nashya Kshetra will also be used in treatment. These famous Ayurved specialists include Dr. Urmila Vitkar of Mumbai, Dr. Dhananjay Kulkarni of Pune, Dr. Laxmikant Kotikar Nagar and Dr. Manjesh Deshpandey etc. Asthma specialist Dr. Raj Tayal has also come, who has achieved success in eradicating incurable asthma disease through Ayurvedic system of medicine.
Scientific writing in Ayurved: Under academic activities during the conference, a workshop on scientific writing in Ayurved was held where Shri Alex Henki from Bengaluru gave a presentation on clarity in scientific writing. Shri Kishore Patwardhan of Kashi Vishwavidyalaya, Sushri Priya Belarao of Mumbai, Shri Girish Tullu of Pune etc. also delivered their lectures. At the workshop, ways to write on Ayurvedic issues from scientific point of view were taught.
At another workshop on goods manufacturing, ways to collect raw material, its safe processing and quality control were taught. Dr. Nagesh Sandhu, Smt. Gita and Shri Kapil Bhargava expressed their views at the workshop.
Besides India, representatives from Argentina, Colombia, Australia, Korea, China, Sri Lanka, America and Britain have arrived to participate in the conference and will express their views regarding Ayurved in various sessions.
