Sushma met Advani, said no one is upset with Narendra Modi

New Delhi: BJP leader Sushma Swaraj, who on Saturday met party patriarch LK Advani and said that no one was upset for the decision of making Narendra Modi Prime Ministerial candidate.
“No one is upset,” Sushma Swaraj, the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, said. She along with party leaders Balbir Punj and Ananth Kumar met Advani at his residence here. The BJP had on Friday anointed the Gujarat Chief Minister as prime ministerial candidate at the parliamentary board meeting. Advani did not attend the meeting and had written a scathing letter to BJP president Rajnath Singh expressing disappointment over his style of functioning. He had also talked about “anguish in his heart” in the letter. Party sources said Advani has been of the opinion that a decision on prime ministerial candidate should be taken after assembly polls to five states later this year. Modi had visited Advani after announcement of his elevation as prime ministerial candidate.
