Sikh Riots Case: Court Accepts CBI’s Clean Chit to Tytler

A Delhi court has accepted clean chit to former Union Minister and Congress leader Jagdish Tytler by CBI in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case, said media reports.

The court said that no more probe was necessary and there was no need to send the accused for trail, reports said.

It also agreed with the CBI contention that the testimonies of witnesses were not trustworthy, said reports.
