PM Narendra Modi lauds Bhopal’s “Nirbhaya”
Bhopal: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi talked to Bhopal’s police sub-inspector and Team Leader of “Nirbhaya” Sushri Namita Sahu over phone and lauded works of her and Bhopal police.
In-charge of “Nirbhaya” patrolling Sushri Namita Sahu was on patrolling on Holi day near Shahpura lake at about 6.30 pm when she received a call on her mobile from PM’s Office. PA to the PM told Sushri Sahu that Shri Narendra Modi wishes to talk to her. On hearing this, Sushri Namita was left speechless. She could not believe that Prime Minister will talk to her. She got hold of herself soon after she heard voice of Shri Modi and then talked to him fearlessly for next 6 minutes. Shri Modi lauded works being undertaken under “Nirbhaya” for women’s security. He told Sushri Sahu to continue working in the same vein and become a source of inspiration for other girls.

The story came to notice of Shri Modi and she phoned Sushri Sahu to laud her team and boost her morale. He also enquired about well being of her family members during phone call.
