Bhopal. A special campaign has been launched against riders of two-wheelers without helmets. The campaign is aimed at reducing the number of road accidents, death in such accidents and controlling number of injured victims. Instructions have been given to send a weekly report of the campaign proceedings every Monday. The Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety has been asked to encourage the fact that helmet has been made mandatory not for the rider but also for the pillion rider.
