Selfie on Rahgiri Day, shakes hands with children

Bhopal: Home and Jail Minister Shri Babulal Gaur met children, youths and young couples in their own style during Rahgiri Day at Boat Club here on Sunday morning. Shri Gaur got snapped selfies with youths and children and did not hesitate to shake a leg on the stage with members of rock dance club. The Boat Club reverberated with youths’ slogan of health is wealth.

Shri Gaur also met volunteers of RSS present at the Boat Club during Rahgiri and posed for photograph with them. He undertook cleaning with broom along with volunteers to give message of “Swachchh Bhopal, Swachchh Bharat” and “Clean Bhopal, Green Bhopal”. He stooped to shake hands with a small child who had come on children’s cycle to participate in cycling on the occasion. It was first occasion for youths brimming with fervour and enthusiasm were being encouraged by senior leader and the Home Minister to keep health and fit saying the youths will remain fit like him in old age if they pay attention to health and do regular exercise.

Shri Gaur said that a number of entertainment facilities like rail engine, model of warship and cruise have been provided to citizens at the Boat Club. Upper Lake is one of the largest fresh water lake in Asia. It should be developed. Arrangement of police band has also been made during Rahgiri Day which plays sonorous tunes.

Shri Gaur said that he visited the Boat Club to elicit views of people regarding arrangements for Rahgiri Day so that any lacuna may be detected and rectified. He posed question about arrangements to all including youths and they replied “Maza Hi Maza, Rahgiri Main Koi Kami Naheen. Anand Hi Anand Hai. Vyavasthayen Ek Dam Theek Hain. (There is nothing but enjoyment all around. Nothing lacks in Rahigiri. All arrangements are perfect).
