International seminar on “Value-based Life” from today

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh government is also striving to turn Simhashta-2016 to be held at Ujjain into an ideological event. In this context a pre-Simhastha international seminars on “Value-based Life” are being organised on a number of contemporary and burning issues of state, national and international levels. A scheme has been chalked out to release outcomes of these seminars as Declaration of Simhastha-Mahakumbh at world level. In the series, the first international seminar on “Value-based Life” is being held at Bhopal from April 17 to 19, 2015.

Isha Foundation Coimbatore’s Chairman Sadguru Shri Jaggi Vasudev Ji Maharaj will inaugurate the seminar at Mansarovar auditorium of Madhya PradeshVidhan Sabha. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan will preside over the seminar.

On the second day of the seminar of knowledge churning on April 18 from 9.30 am to 4 PM, as many as 11 sessions will be held on the concept of values, value-based school education, value-based higher and vocational education, orientation of public mass media and information technology towards values, value-based government and administration, observance of values in justice and law sector, value-orientation of familial and public life, observance of values in medical services, professional life and social life.

On the third day of the seminar on April 19, discussions will be held from 9.30 in the morning session on outcomes of sessions. The same day at 12 noon, the seminar will be concluded by Chancellor of Akhil Vishwa Gayatri Parivar Evam Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar while Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan will preside.
The seminar is being held of Madhya Pradesh Department of Culture with the cooperation of Shiksha Sanskriti Nyas, New Delhi and Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Mass Communications, Bhopal.
