Monsoon late in Kerala, entry in MP till June 25: will be late for the first time in 5 years; before that it will rain

The entry of monsoon in Madhya Pradesh can now take place on June 24-25. The earlier forecast was from June 18 to 20, but the monsoon has been delayed in Kerala. According to the forecast of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the monsoon can reach Kerala by June 8. Due to this it will reach late in the state as well. Before this, clouds will continue to rain across the state.

Entry of monsoon in the state can be through Khandwa, Khargone, Burhanpur. Last year also the monsoon came from here. Earlier, the forecast for the arrival of monsoon in Kerala was expressed by June 4, but the monsoon has been delayed. According to the forecast by IMD, now the monsoon will be delayed by 4 days. Its effect can also be felt in Madhya Pradesh.

According to meteorologists, earlier in the year 2018, the monsoon had entered on June 26. This time if the monsoon is late, it will happen for the first time in five years, when the monsoon has arrived in the state by June 25. Last year, monsoon entered the state on June 16 itself and it rained till October 14. Meteorologist JP Vishwakarma said that monsoon is likely to hit the state by June 24-25.

The pipeline leakage happened on Monday evening on Bhopal’s Jail Road. Due to this the fountain burst. In such a situation, people were seen passing under the fountain to get relief from the scorching heat.

Last year, monsoon arrived in Bhopal on June 20. Monsoon entered Indore on June 17, Gwalior on June 30 and Jabalpur on June 17. Whereas, on July 1, the monsoon had reached the state. This time due to the delay of monsoon, monsoon will enter late in Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur as well.

Entry of monsoon in the state can be through Khandwa, Khargone, Burhanpur. Last year also the monsoon came from here. Indore-Bhopal will come first in big cities. Then it will rain in Jabalpur and Gwalior.

Meteorologist Vishwakarma told that there is a cyclonic circulation over South West Rajasthan and North-East Rajasthan. Due to this, there may be light rain with thunder and lightning in Sheopurkalan, Dhar, Betul, Raisen, Indore, Bhind, Ujjain, Chhindwara, Neemuch, Sagar, Ratlam, Damoh, Seoni and Mandsaur in the next 72 hours. However, hail is not expected. There can also be a thunderstorm at a speed of 30 to 40 km per hour. The Meteorological Department has told people to be careful during thunderstorms and thunderstorms.

It will be cloudy in Bhopal for two days i.e. on 6th and 7th June. However, the effect of strong heat will remain till 3 pm. After this, there may be thunderstorms and light rain.

On Monday, the day temperature crossed 40 degrees in 11 cities including Tikamgarh, Jabalpur, Sidhi, Damoh, Khargone. The mercury was recorded at 44 degrees in Tikamgarh. Sidhi, Damoh and Khargone recorded 41 degrees Celsius. Pachmarhi recorded the lowest temperature of 34.6 degrees. Light rain also occurred in some cities of the state. The weather remained clear in Bhopal.
