Man Arrested for Allegedly Forcing Wife into Group Sex

A businessman has been taken into custody in south Delhi for allegedly forcing his wife to have group sex with his family members and a business partner, with the victim alleging that she has been subjected to the torment for four years, said media reports.

“My husband indulged in unnatural sex. My brother-in-law was a lecherous man. They forced me to have group sex,” the victim was quoted as saying by CNN-IBN.

“Both her brothers-in-law, Kulbhushan Arora and Dharmendra Arora, have physically assaulted her. We found this out during the investigation,” police officer Surendra Singh Wala was quoted as saying.

The family of victim’s husband had allegedly threatened to harm her nephew if she spoke about it, reports said.

Kuldeepak Arora, the accused who is an exporter, was taken into custody from Delhi’s IGI Airport, said reports.

Police said that it would soon issue lookout notices against Arora’s other family members who are on run, reports said.

According to reports, the victim met Kuldeepak in 2003 in London after seeing a matrimonial advertisement by the Aroras and was married to him in Surat in April 2004.

The woman hails from Surat in Gujarat and had filed a FIR in her hometown.

The FIR has been lodged under sections 498A (subjecting a married woman to cruelty), 307 (attempt to murder), 376 (rape), 377 (unnatural offences), 506(2) (criminal intimidation) and 114 (abetment of any offence) and sections 3 and 7 of the Dowry Act.
