Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya organizing Manthan 2012

BHOPAL: Manthan 2012 was organized by Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya at Model Higher Secondary School’s conference hall on Wednesday. In the program a direct interaction between engineering students, industrialists and educationists was done and guidance was given to students by prominent industrialists.

They also replied to the different questions of the students. Technical Education Minister Laxmikant Sharma said that Madhya Pradesh has a lot of talent and Industrialists should give opportunity to youths of the state. He also said Innovative methods are adopted by students in engineering education with a view to preparing students as per requirements of industries.

Industrialists should extend active cooperation in the efforts for preparing students as per requirement of industries by connecting with educational set-up say the minister. The government is making efforts to develop students’ skills and instill manners among the students. The government also taking steps to curb commercialisation of education.

Senior Vice-President of Volvo Eicher, Pithampur, Rajesh Mittal said that there must be an amalgam of aspiration, strategy, motivation, skill, process, structure and action plan if a person wants to succeed.

He described innovative strategies in the lights of market requirements and competition as mantra of success. Simplex Infrastructure Chairman M.D. Moondra also gives suggestions about becoming a good engineer.

Bend Joint Private Limited Managing Director Uttam Gangoli, Himanshu Goel of IBM, CEO of Mahindra Pankaj Sonalkar, Tanveer Singh of Infosys, Tripti Manchhwe of Cyntal, Krishan Kant of EMC, G.R. Ramanathan of Lop India also interacted with students. Vice-Chancellor Piyush Trivedi gives details about the program’s outlines.
