Indian National Congress organized 83rd Plenary Session of AICC

AICC 83rd Plenary Session was conducted by Indian National Congress on 20th Dec at Delhi. Dr. Surinder Malhotra president of Indian National Overseas Congress, addressed Indian National congress this is historical occasion for Indian National overseas congress USA.

Dr. Surinder Malhotra contribution and his commitment to Indian National Congress was appreciated by the prime minister of India Mr. Manmohan Singh and Congress party President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and senior Congress leaders present on the occasion.
