Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijay Singh said, BJP is planning for riots like Nuh of Haryana. He gave this statement in the ‘Vidhik Vimarsh’ program at BSS College, Bhopal on Saturday. Lawyers from all over the state participated in the programme.

Digvijay Singh said, in 2018, Vivek Tankha garnered support of  thousands of lawyers in support of the Congress. Then we formed the government. Once again most of the lawyers are involved. From which it is expected that we will form a full majority government. No one will leave us now. This time we will form a government with absolute majority.

Kamal Nath said – the next assembly elections will decide the future of Madhya Pradesh

In the program, PCC Chief Kamal Nath surrounded the Shivraj government and said, there is no limit left for corruption in Madhya Pradesh. This time there will be a fight against the system of corruption. There are announcements for youth getting employment. The stomach of the public is not filled by the assurance of falsehood. The upcoming assembly elections will decide the future of Madhya Pradesh.

Leader of Opposition Govind Singh said, the demands of the lawyers will be kept in the promissory note. For the first time, I saw such a big advocates’ conference. In which the lawyers have demonstrated their power. Today the Constitution is under attack. You have to protect her. The way Hanuman ji protects Lord Rama. Similarly, it is your responsibility to protect the constitution. It will be our endeavor to fulfill your demands.

 

Vivek Tankha said- Lawyers should get priority in elections

 

Advocate Vivek Tankha, keeping the demands related to the lawyers from the stage, said that advocacy has now become the most preferred profession. Young people are coming into this profession. There are 1 lakh 35 lawyers in Madhya Pradesh. These lawyers are a fortune for any party. Kamal Nath ji, Digvijay ji, you give priority to lawyers in elections. We have five main demands. Complete them when the government is formed.

After this, Digvijay Singh congratulated Kamal Nath and said, he has imposed duty that Ajay Gupta and Shashank Shekhar will fight free of cost for Congress workers from Tehsil to Supreme Court of the entire state. Shashank Shekhar, President of the Congress Law Department, demanded from the forum that there should be a co-operative housing society for the advocates.

Advocate Welfare and Protection Act should be brought, arrange for old age pension.

Give the cooperation amount to the Bar Council and Association.

New lawyers get stipend for at least 3 years.

Arrangements should be made for the health facilities and expenses of the lawyers. Lawyer worry about the health of the family.

The government should bear the expenses of the electricity bills of the chambers and rooms of the lawyers’ court premises.
