Gopal kanda’s police custody ends today
New Delhi: Haryana’s former minister and a key accused in the Geetika Sharma suicide case Kanda’s police custody ends on Saturday. He is scheduled to appear before the court later on Saturday.
Kanda has reportedly told the police that he was not in touch with Geetika Sharma for the past 45 days.
Meanwhile, the police have gotten in touch with Ankita, another person who had been named by Geetika in her suicide note.
Ankita is currently out of the country and will be questioned soon.
Meanwhile, the questioning of MDLR employee Shivroop continues. Police officials say he may be arrested soon.
The Delhi Police on Thursday took former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda, the key accused in the Geetika Sharma suicide case, for a routine medical examination to a hospital on court orders.
