CM to youths, follow the ideal path of Swami Vivekananda

Rewa : Youths should contribute in making Madhya Pradesh a golden state by following ideals of Swami Vivekananad. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan was concluding Youth Pledge Bike Rally of Swami Vivekananda Sandesh Yatra at Rewa today.

Shri Chouhan said that youths should take the country on the path of progress by facing every situation with firm conviction. Referring to personalities and deeds of great persons who had laid down sacrifices for the country’s independence, the Chief Minister exhorted youths to draw inspiration from their lives. He said that efforts will be made to make jobs available to local youths in industrial units being set up in Vindhya region. Higher education loan scheme has been launched in the state for the benefit of unemployed educated youths. Beneficiaries will repay only loan amount while the State Government will reimburse interest amount.

The Chief Minister exhorted all the parents in Rewa division to send their children to schools regularly. Shri Chouhan said that Rs. 100 per quintal bonus will be given on support prices of paddy in the state. Power will be supplied for 24 hours in villages of Vindhya region from the year 2013.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan administered pledge to follow ideals of Swami Vivekananda. He also felicitated Madhya Pradesh Seed Development Corporation Vice-Chairman Shri Kamleshwar Singh with Vivekananda Youth Award.

Rajya Sabha member Shri Prabhat Jha expressed happiness over success of the rally. Rajya Sabha member Shri Narendra Singh Tomar exhorted youths to reach out benefits of welfare schemes to common people. Rajya Sabha member Shri Dharmendra Pradhan exhorted youths to cooperate in Chief Minister Shri Chouhan’s Vikas Yatra. MLA Shri Jitu Jirati also addressed the function.

Those present on at the convention held at T.R.S. College, Rewa included Minister of State for Energy and Mineral Resources (independent charge) Shri Rajendra Shukla, Member of Parliament Shri Ganesh Singh and Shri Govind Mishra, M.P. Laghu Udyog Nigam Chairman Shri Akhand Pratap Singh, Mayor Shri Shivendra Singh, Zila Panchayat Chairperson Smt. Maya Singh, MLAs and other people’s representatives.
