Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that today a new Sun of Ujjain’s fortune has risen. Once upon a time factory after factory were being closed in this city, but this time the foundation stone laying and dedication of a factory in the same year is a wonderful thing. This industry will provide direct employment to 4 thousand local people of Ujjain and indirect employment to 1000 people.

The Chief Minister said that residents of Ujjain get ready, there is going to be a wave of industry and employment in Ujjain. Now, a scene like the Maha Kumbh will always be seen here. The Chief Minister said that industrialists should also come to Ujjain for the hotel industry. The local residents of Ujjain should take initiative for the construction of a medium-sized hotel.

Chief Minister Chouhan today dedicated the newly constructed garment manufacturing unit of Best Lifestyle Apparel at Dewas Road in Ujjain at a cost of Rs. 80 crore. He said that the eyes of the sisters are gleaming with the hope of working in the industry which is being dedicated today. Now the cloth manufactured in Ujjain will make a splash in the world. He said that Shri Ramaswamy has set-up a factory after coming to Ujjain from Thrissur in Tamil Nadu. This is an indication that all industrialists are being welcomed on the land of Madhya Pradesh.

He said that I want investors from all over India to come and invest in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh is now moving ahead rapidly.

Union Minister of State for Railways and Textiles Jardosh said that Madhya Pradesh has started getting happy results of the double engine government. The textile industry established here will provide employment to many youths. She said that a training centre will also be opened in Ujjain. Along with this, the new construction of Ujjain railway station will also be done by the Ministry of Railways at a cost of Rs. 650 crore. Its tenders have also been done.

State’s Higher Education Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that factories were closing down in Ujjain from past 20 years. For the first time such an opportunity has come when the bhoomi-pujan and dedication of a factory has taken place in a period of one year, this is a unique work done with the will of Chief Minister Chouhan. He said that the way the Chief Minister has paid attention to the development of infrastructure and religious places in Ujjain, similarly he is also paying attention to the industrial units. Now new industries are going to come here one after the other.

Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Minister Rajvardhan Singh Dattigaon said that many industrialists related to Kankaria Group and medical are going to invest in Ujjain’s Vikram Udyogpuri. An amount of Rs one lakh crore will be invested here, which is expected to generate a large number of employment opportunities.

Dattigaon said that the story of Best Apparel Company’s owner is about how a labourer became the owner of a factory. This group is worth Rs 1500 crore and is giving employment to 11 thousand people. Four thousand people will get direct employment from the industry being started today.

Member of Parliament Anil Ferozia said that it is a rare example that a factory gets built and starts functioning within one year. He said that Atma-nirbhar Bharat is going to attract an investment of Rs one lakh crore in Vikram Udyogpuri. This will increase employment opportunities. Company’s Managing Director Shri R Rajkumar gave information related to the factory in the programme. MLAs, public representatives and citizens were present in dedication programme.

Chief Minister Chouhan and Union Minister Jardosh along with MPs and ministers also inspected the factory. He sought information related to employment during interaction with the girls taking training on flat lock, over lock and single needle lock stitch machine installed in the factory.
