Cooperate in conservation and augmentation of forest and wildlife
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has urged people to cooperate in protection, conservation and augmentation of forests and wildlife during Wildlife Conservation Week from October 1 to 7 by giving timely information about forest crimes to Forest Department and police.
In his message to mark the occasion, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that public cooperation is very vital in forest and wildlife management. Shri Chouhan said that Wildlife Conservation Week will create public awareness and sensitiveness towards protection, conservation and augmentation of forests and wildlife and inculcate sprit of participation in it. Madhya Pradesh is among pioneer states in this respect. State’s National Parks and sanctuaries are centres for attraction of national and international tourists. Excellent forest and wildlife management in the state has been hailed at national level.
