COOPERATIVE MOVEMENT TO BE SPEEDED UP IN STATE: CM

The Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that cooperative is a medium to eliminate poverty. Madhya Pradesh is moving forward speedily in the cooperative sector. The cooperative movement will be further speeded up. He further mentioned that cooperative movement will play an important role in the new areas of the development. We will transform the state with the help of cooperative. Deliberations will be made to appoint non-government administrator also in Cooperative Marketing Society. CM Shri Chouhan was addressing the Chairmen of District Cooperative Banks and workers linked with the cooperative movement at CM House today. The workers in large number from various districts of the state came here to express gratitude and to felicitate the Chief Minister for appointing Shri Ramakant Bhargava as the Chairman of the APEX Bank.Shri Chouhan further stated that wheat on the support price of Rs. 2000 per quintal will be purchased from the farmers. Grievances of the farmers will be redressed. He told the farmers that they should not worry and their every problem will be solved. Madhya Pradesh will be on the top position in the field of cooperative in near future, he added.Minister of State for Cooperative (Independent Charge) Shri Vishwas Sarang mentioned that the cooperative movement has entered into new areas in the state in the leadership of the Chief Minister.Chairman Warehousing Corporation Shri Rajendra Rajput, Former MLA Shri Ramesh Saxena, Coordinator Cooperative Cell Shri Nemichand Jain, MLA of Depalpur Shri Manoj Patel and people connected to cooperative movement, in large number were present on the occasion.
