Counting of the Votes for Assembly Elections

NEW DELHI: The counting of the votes for the assembly elections held last month will be done on 6 March 2012. Proper security arrangements are made to avoid any unfortunate incident. Most of the people’s eye will be on the UP results. Here the main contest is between SP, BSP, BJP and Congress.

Exit polls predicted that SP will emerge as the single largest party. Sahara exit polls predicted SP to get around 188 seats. It predicted BSP the second largest party with 83 seats while BJP and Congress are on the third and Forth positions. Tomorrows result will confirm the authenticity of exit polls. With a high percentage of Voting most of the parties are doubting exit polls result.

The parties already started to think about alliances. The congress is hinting to form alliance with BSP. RLD has denied any alliance with SP. But all these things will be clear by tomorrow.
