Reshuffling cabinet again
NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is all set to reshuffle his cabinet on Tuesday giving some space for new ministers.
According to sources, the reshuffle will be of twelve ministers including new inductions from congress and changes in portfolios of present ministers.
The reshuffle occurred second in six months was finalized at a meeting between the Prime Minister and Congress President Sonia Gandhi this morning.
PM Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi met on Monday over a possible reshuffle of the Union Cabinet.
This was their fourth meeting in recent days.
Resignations of A.Raja and Dayanidhi Maran in connection with 2 G scam and Mamta Banerjee becoming the Chief Minister of West Bengal has created vacancies in the cabinet.
Officially there is no word of confirmation when exactly the Prime Minister would carry out the reshuffling process.
