‘Study hard, attend school regularly, move forward in life’

Bhopal. ‘Study hard, attend school regularly, respect your parents and teacher, move forward in life’, these are the advice of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to the children studying in the Government Deepshikha Middle School at South TT Nagar. He was inaugurating the School chalen Abhiyan.
After ending his fast here today, Chief Minister Shri reached the school and greeted newly-admitted students by applying Tilak to their foreheads and garlanding them. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan distributed uniforms and textbooks to these students. Home Minister Shri Umashankar Gupta, Mayor Smt. Krishna Gaur and MLA Shri Vishwas Sarang were also present on the occasion.
Talking informally to school students, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan advised them to imbibe education if they want to excel in life. He asked the children to participate in sports too. On students’ demand, he also announced to ensure arrangements for facilities of football, basketball, carom and furniture at the school.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that every student should attend school regularly after taking admission. The State Government will not allow any hurdle in their education. For this, arrangements have been made for books, uniform, midday meal, scholarships etc. He posed for a photograph with children after the program. Commissioner Shri Praveen Garg, Commission Rajya Shiksha Kendra Smith. Aruna Rashmi Sharmi, Collector Shri Nikunj Shrivastava and Director Rajya Shiksha Kendra Shri Shobhit Jain were also present on the occasion.
