Manjima Mohan, who made her Tamil debut in Gautham Menon’s Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada, went on to act in few handfuls of films like Sathriyan and Ipadai Vellum. Now, the actress is part of Zam Zam and Devarattam.
According to a Tamil daily, the actress has opened up about the #MeToo Movement, which has called out many leading celebs of Indian cinema.
Manjima was quoted as saying, “Some allegations are believable and some allegations are not believable. But when you hear them, it makes your blood boil.”
The actress said that she has never faced any kind of sexual harassment in the film industry, and has never heard (first-person account) about such instances.
In Tamil, lyricist Vairamuthu, director Susi Ganesan and actor Radha Ravi faced allegations of sexual harassment.
