Project works should be completed with quality at earliest: Rajendra Shukla
Bhopal: Energy, Public Relations and Mineral Resources Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla stressed the need to complete various departments’ works costing over Rs. 50 lakh with quality so that people can benefit from them at the earliest. The Minister said that cost of construction and development works escalates unnecessarily due to delay and people cannot avail benefits timely. The minister in-charge of the district was taking a review a review meeting at Satna today. MLA Shri Narayan Tripathi, Mayor Smt. Mamta Pandey were present.
The Minister said that while disposing of problems regarding acquisition of land, projects should be started soon and dedication of completed projects should be done through public representatives.
The Minister said that proposals should also be chalked out for bypass and left out sections of Satna-Bela 4-lane road. It is informed that a plan costing Rs. 55 crore has been chalked out for Raigaon turning to Madhavgarh along with 4-lande divider and footpath. The Minister directed to send this plan to Central government at the earliest.
Shri Shukla said that works of Bargi canal should be completed in such a way that their works are finished before tunnel works.
